viaPeople has collaborated with Steve Terrell Ed.D. of Aspire Consulting to publish a guide which provides  both manager and employee with real world tools to help set and execute development goals. viaPeople, Inc. and Aspire Consulting have used their combined research and experience to develop an easy-to-use development planning framework for improving employee performance and ensuring success.
